Triage and resolve support tickets and access requests for the function
Support ERP processes (MRP, costing, etc.) and Infor Visual application
Create/assist with reports and data extraction; leverage SQL for data needs
Collaborate remotely with stakeholders; proactively self-start and manage tasks

Sr. Architect/Business Analyst with experience in Infor Visual. Experience - Must be a US Citizen.
Location – Remote
