Job Description
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud, Oracle Data Integrator, and Golden Gate.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large projects with vendor and FTE resources.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of government contracting and compliance requirements a bonus.
  • Certifications a plus

Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Manage implementation of Oracle BI transformation initiative to cost and timeline commitment. Ensure that data architecture is scalable and maintainable. Ensure that business processes are well architected and robust.
  • Explore data and code to understand nuances, investigate business challenges and develop scalable solutions.
  • Architect and maintain best practices in data acquisition, data integration, data visualization, and optimization.
  • Deliver continued improvement to data and automation services through clear communication, tightly prioritized project funnel, key performance indicators, and daily management.
  • Consult with employees and L1 leaders to transform their functional needs into end-to-end solutions that deploy at scale.
  • Draft business case and statements of work for development demonstrating clear understanding of stakeholder needs, business outcome, and ROI.
  • Facilitate kaizen workshops to understand employee challenges driving continuous improvement to problem-solving with data and automation capabilities.
  • Provide exceptional support services for the data and automation function ensuring a positive and prompt support experience.
  • Create and sustain a dynamic and energizing work environment which welcomes innovation while embracing speed to execution for the business.
  • Work closely with peers across the company to build trust and clear prioritization of development requirements.
  • Conduct training on standards and best practices as required.
  • Provide regular updates on progress to the business and leadership.
