Proven Technical Business Analyst experience or equivalent IT project experience
Experience using incident management tools, preferably ServiceNow
Familiarity with PIDS or transit information systems (PIDS 2.0 project exposure preferred)
Requirements:
Review, troubleshoot, and manage PIDS incidents daily, including tracking incidents to closure
Manage incident reporting in ServiceNow and track Train information through ARROW (Mainframe) and API queries
Engage vendors and coordinate with stations and client teams to resolve PIDS issues with timely follow-up
Participate in PIDS 2.0 project initiation, assist in requirements gathering, and support internal service/technical requests
