Strong technical skills in SSAM and Mobile Development Kit (MDK)
Experience supporting post-implementation EAM projects
Ability to troubleshoot, modify, and enhance SSAM/MDK functionality
Experience delivering automation solutions for citizen action requests (CARs) with geolocation on mobile maps
