Roles & Responsibilities

Senior Functional SAP consultant with experience validating large data volumes during data migration
Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors consultant focusing on Compensation and Variable Pay (compensation worksheets, budget allocation, compensation planning, compensation statements)
Proven ability to independently manage large implementation projects and adhere to system implementation standards and methodologies
Experience with SAP Integration Suite and a balanced mix of functional and technical skills for data migration validation

Requirements:

Validate large volumes of data during migration to ensure accuracy and data integrity
Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules (compensation worksheets, budget allocation, compensation planning, compensation statements)
Manage large-scale implementation projects, ensuring adherence to established system implementation standards and methodologies
Collaborate with functional and technical teams and participate in SAP Integration Suite integration efforts

Job Summary

We need Sr. Functional candidate who has experience in validation of large volumes of data when migration is taking place.
Core responsibility will be validation of Data when migration is taking place.
They will primarily need to do validation.
SAP Success Factors Consultant role with hands on experience focused on Compensation and Variable Pay:
Should be independently able to manage large implementation projects such as Compensation Worksheets, Budget allocation, Compensation Planning, Compensation statements etc.
He should adhere to system implementation standards and methodologies.
Should have Good experience with SAP Integration Suite "We need good mix of Functional and Technical candidate who has experience in validation of large volumes of data when migration is taking place.
