Position Overview:
We are looking for a meticulous Quality Analyst specializing in testing Spring Boot integrations and Applications to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Spring Boot framework and experience in testing complex integrations within a microservices architecture. As a Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Spring Boot integrations.
· Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing of microservices and APIs built on the Spring Boot framework.
· Collaborate with development teams to identify testing requirements, prioritize test cases, and ensure adequate test coverage.
· Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or Swagger, and validate data integrity and consistency across different services.
· Analyze test results, identify defects and inconsistencies, and work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
· Automate test cases and build automated testing frameworks using tools like JUnit, TestNG, or Selenium.
· Involved in application test, system test, load test and integration tests as is required by the project.
· I nvolved in measuring metrices such as code coverage and error frequency.
· Monitor and analyze system performance metrics, identify bottlenecks and areas for optimization, and provide recommendations for improvement.
· Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in testing methodologies, tools, and technologies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Engineering, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a Quality Analyst or similar role, with a minimum of [ 7] years of experience in software testing.
· Solid understanding of Spring Boot framework and experience in testing Spring Boot applications and integrations.
· Proficiency in writing SQL queries and conducting database testing to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
· Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Swagger, or SoapUI .
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
· Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python) is a plus.
· Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
