9-10 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
ITSM experience (must-have)
Customer Service Management (CSM) experience with integration, customization, and configuration across multiple instances
Strong JavaScript skills and Portal Development (Angular/HTML/CSS)
Requirements:
Develop, customize, and configure ServiceNow applications with emphasis on ITSM, CSM, and HRSD
Build UI components and portals using UI Builder and front-end technologies (Angular/HTML/CSS)
Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP and MID Server; automate processes via Flow Designer, workflows, business rules, and scheduled jobs
Leverage Performance Analytics and ServiceNow APIs to optimize performance, reporting, and analytics

Senior ServiceNow Developer with the following skillset/experience
9-10 years of hands on experience as a ServiceNOW developer
UIBuilder – good to have
Customer Service (we have 3 CSM instances) – must have hands on experience including - Integration + customization +configuration
Integration + customization +configration
ITSM – MUST have
HRSD – should be conversant
Portal Development – Angular/HTML/CSS
Strong JavaScript skills
Integration skills; integrating SNOW with other apps – REST, SOAP or other methods
ServiceNow API experience including REST, SOAP and MID server API's
Automation – configuring automated processes such as workflows (including Flow Designer), business rules and scheduled jobs
