Title : Sr. ServiceNOW developer with CSM experience - Customer Service Management + ITSM
Seattle based client
Location :Remote is OK – ANYWHERE IN US

Duration :10-12 months

Looking for
  • Senior ServiceNow Developer with the following skillset/experience
  • 9-10 years of hands on experience as a ServiceNOW developer
    • UIBuilder – good to have
    • Customer Service (we have 3 CSM instances) – must have hands on experience including - Integration + customization +configuration
    • Integration + customization +configration
    • ITSM – MUST have
    • HRSD – should be conversant
    • Portal Development – Angular/HTML/CSS
    • Strong JavaScript skills
    • Integration skills; integrating SNOW with other apps – REST, SOAP or other methods
    • ServiceNow API experience including REST, SOAP and MID server API's
    • Automation – configuring automated processes such as workflows (including Flow Designer), business rules and scheduled jobs
