AEM/Adaptive Forms Developer-100% Remote

Overview: We are seeking an experienced AEM/Adaptive Forms Developer with a strong background in AEM Forms and document delivery processes. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of IT experience, including substantial expertise in AEM assets/sites and a deep understanding of AEM Forms functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Adaptive Forms using AEM Forms 6.4/6.5/Cloud.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and optimize document creation and delivery processes, including data acquisition, formatting, and electronic delivery.
• Architect and build solutions on AEM assets/sites, ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Utilize AEM Document Services (Output, Doc Assurance, Assembler, etc.) to enhance document security and integrity.
• Create and configure templates, automated workflows, and adaptive form designs that promote interactive communication.
• Deploy and configure AEM Forms post-installation, ensuring smooth integration into existing systems.
• Apply advanced programming skills in Java/J2EE, JavaScript, and REST APIs to support AEM functionalities.
• Conduct problem-solving and troubleshooting for complex AEM Forms-related issues.
• Maintain a client-focused approach, demonstrating a proactive "Can do-will do " attitude in all interactions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10+ years of IT experience with a strong focus on AEM.
• At least 9 years of architecture experience with AEM assets/sites (versions 6.4/6.5/Cloud and AEM as Cloud Service).
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with AEM Forms, including Adaptive Forms and documents.
• 8+ years of software development experience in Java/J2EE as it relates to AEM.
• Proficiency with AEM Document Services and a solid understanding of Content Repositories.
• Demonstrated expertise in LiveCycle Designer for form design and rule implementation.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies, including JSON, XSD, XML, and PDF handling.
• Excellent analytical and logical problem-solving skills.
