Project Overview: L ́Oréal needs a skilled Solution Architect/Technical Leader to spearhead the implementation of Salesforce TPM for our Partner Brands. This project aims to streamline trade promotional activities, requiring a robust architecture that connects Salesforce with a landscape of external systems through APIs. Core Responsibilities:
Architectural Oversee: Work closely with the technical architect to help define and maintain the end-to-end technical architecture for the Salesforce TPM implementation, ensuring alignment with our best practices.
Technical Design: translate the architecture to the implementation team and help the design of complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems (Anaplan, Tibco EBX, GCP, SAP S/4, CarOpp, AzurePass).
API Strategy: oversee the development of secure, scalable REST API integrations.
Business Translation: Act as the main technical point of contact for business stakeholders, translating functional requirements into scalable technical solutions and actionable roadmaps with the implementation team.
Governance & Quality: Provide technical oversight to ensure the build meets performance, security, and scalability standards, following the timeline.
Technical & Communication Requirements (Must-Have):
Salesforce Core Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Architecture, specifically Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).
Complex Integration Experience: Proven track record of managing Salesforce environments with high-volume data exchange and multiple external system dependencies.
Advanced API Management: Expert-level experience integrating Salesforce with complex REST APIs.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and participate in workshops with business leaders.
Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory for collaboration in our global environment.
Business Acumen: Demonstrated experience interacting with the business and translating business needs into high-quality technical solutions.
