3-7 years of professional experience in Java backend development with Spring Boot/J2EE, microservices, and cloud-native architectures
Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs, Spring Core/Spring MVC, Spring Boot, JPA (or ORM), and Spring Security
Experience in unit testing (JUnit, Mockito, JBehave) and CI/CD tooling (Gradle/Maven, Jenkins)
Cloud experience with Google Cloud Platform mandatory offshore; knowledge of another cloud required; familiarity with event-driven frameworks (Kafka), OpenTelemetry, Elasticsearch, and relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL)

GCP knowledge is mandatory for offshore
