The Customer Service Manager supports core operational functions at Tres Health, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high-quality service delivery across health benefits operations. This role plays a critical part in supporting members, partners, and internal teams through reliable execution, process integrity, and service excellence in a fully remote environment.
