Job Description – Account Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. The Account Manager will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding their business needs, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue through cross-selling and upselling.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture long-term relationships with assigned clients.

  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations.

  • Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives and align solutions to meet their goals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, operations, and customer support) to deliver high-quality service.

  • Identify growth opportunities within accounts and support sales initiatives.

  • Prepare and present account performance reports, forecasts, and proposals.

  • Negotiate contracts, renewals, and agreements to maximize client satisfaction and company profitability.

  • Monitor account health and proactively address potential risks to retention.

  • Maintain accurate client information and activities in CRM systems.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market changes.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • 2–5 years of proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager, or similar role.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
