Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Informatica Developer to design, develop, and maintain ETL processes and data integration workflows using Informatica PowerCenter / IICS. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data warehousing, SQL optimization, and performance tuning, ensuring reliable and efficient data movement across systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ETL workflows and mappings using Informatica PowerCenter or Informatica Cloud (IICS).

• Collaborate with data architects and business analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into efficient ETL solutions.

• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from various sources such as databases, flat files, and APIs.

• Optimize ETL processes for performance and scalability.

• Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and assist in user acceptance testing.

• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs and data loads in production environments.

• Work with SQL/PLSQL for data validation, transformation, and troubleshooting.

• Maintain detailed documentation of ETL designs, data mappings, and workflows.

• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across data movement processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 3–7 years of hands-on experience in Informatica PowerCenter / IICS development.

• Strong proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and database concepts (Oracle, SQL Server, or similar).

• Experience in data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and ETL best practices.

• Good understanding of data integration, data quality, and metadata management.

• Experience with Unix/Linux scripting and job scheduling tools (Control-M, Autosys, etc.).

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Knowledge of Informatica Cloud Data Integration (IICS), Informatica MDM, or Data Quality (IDQ).

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Exposure to Python or shell scripting for automation.
