Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Location: Remote
Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition
Reports To: Head of HR / Director of People & Culture


Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and drive the full-cycle hiring process. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple functions while building a strong employer brand and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters and talent partners.

  • Partner with department heads and hiring managers to identify workforce needs and create proactive hiring plans.

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for leadership, technical, and niche roles.

  • Implement and optimize recruitment tools, ATS systems, and sourcing platforms.

  • Oversee employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's visibility and reputation in the talent market.

  • Monitor and analyze key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, etc.).

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, referrals, and strategic sourcing.

  • Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 6–10 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.

  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, employer branding, and talent market trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in tech, IT services, or multinational organizations.

  • Certification in Talent Acquisition, SHRM, or related HR programs.

  • Exposure to AI-driven recruitment tools and sourcing automation.
