We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and drive the full-cycle hiring process. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple functions while building a strong employer brand and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters and talent partners.
Partner with department heads and hiring managers to identify workforce needs and create proactive hiring plans.
Manage full-cycle recruitment for leadership, technical, and niche roles.
Implement and optimize recruitment tools, ATS systems, and sourcing platforms.
Oversee employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's visibility and reputation in the talent market.
Monitor and analyze key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, etc.).
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, referrals, and strategic sourcing.
Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
6–10 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, employer branding, and talent market trends.
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Bullhorn, Greenhouse, or Lever.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Experience in tech, IT services, or multinational organizations.
Certification in Talent Acquisition, SHRM, or related HR programs.
Exposure to AI-driven recruitment tools and sourcing automation.
