We are looking for a Product Manager to join our New Horizons team to take full ownership of high-impact, early-stage product initiatives. You will be responsible for driving product strategy, delivery, and outcomes end to end, collaborating with engineering and cross-functional teams including data, design, payments, risk, and marketing.

The role is ideal for a PM who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments, and has a data-driven, outcomes-focused mindset. This is a high-impact role, offering the opportunity to influence product direction, define priorities, and shape the way we deliver value to users across multiple initiatives.

Key areas of focus include:
-Smooth localization across multiple markets, including language, currency, payments, and user flows.
-Robust risk, payments, and fraud mechanisms/integrations.
-Strong analytics and data-driven decision-making.
-Customer retention, especially for high-frequency products where repeat usage drives growth and profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Own product initiatives end to end, including strategy, roadmap, execution, and outcomes.
  • Work closely with engineers to deliver features and improvements efficiently and iteratively.
  • Define, monitor, and act on key metrics to evaluate performance and inform decisions.
  • Run experiments and tests to validate hypotheses and optimize product performance.
  • Make prioritization decisions under constraints, balancing impact, effort, and business goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with risk, payments, data, design, commerce, and marketing teams to ensure smooth delivery.

  • Requirements
  • Extensive e-commerce experience with a proven track record of delivering high-impact features 
  • Experience with risk, payments, and fraud mechanisms/integrations
  • Proven experience launching complex, new high-impact initiatives that spanned multiple quarters from conception to delivery
  • Proven experience managing products across multiple countries, handling different currencies and languages
  • Strong data and analytics skills, with experience using metrics to drive decisions
  • Proven experience designing and running experiments and A/B tests to validate product hypotheses and inform decisions
  • Comfortable making independent decisions and driving initiatives end to end
  • Ability to prioritize effectively under constraints
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, risk, and marketing stakeholders
  • Proactive, execution-focused, and comfortable with ambiguity
