Role Overview
As a Mid-Level AI Engineer at CoPilot Innovations, you’ll collaborate with a talented team to design, develop, and optimize AI-powered solutions. You’ll have the opportunity to apply your skills to real-world problems, experiment with the latest AI techniques, and contribute to products that transform how businesses operate.
This role is ideal for someone with a solid technical foundation, a hunger to learn, and the creativity to explore new AI possibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers and product teams to design and implement AI models and algorithms.
- Build, test, and optimize AI-driven solutions for automation, analytics, and business process improvement.
- Research and stay current on emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices.
- Work with large datasets to train, evaluate, and fine-tune machine learning models.
- Assist in deploying AI models into production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements
- Experience: 2–3 years in AI, machine learning, or a related field OR a strong academic background with notable AI/ML projects.
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical concepts.
- Proficiency in Python (or similar programming languages).
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn (preferred).
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and curiosity for new challenges.
- Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and adapt to evolving technologies.
- Genuine passion for AI and its transformative potential for businesses.
Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required)
- Experience with Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and ML deployment pipelines.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools.
