  • Ability to work CST hours, remotely, with strong self-direction and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience configuring embedded data on upload pages and defining stage columns for multiple roles (video/audio editor, writer, editor, developer, goalie, triple checker).

Requirements:

  • Design and implement client-specific ClickUp templates and workflows, including forms to capture client data and upload media into ClickUp.
  • Set up and maintain embedded data on upload pages and configure stage columns for defined roles.
  • Oversee end-to-end project setup in ClickUp, ensuring data flows from client submissions to the appropriate tasks and fields.
  • Collaborate with team members across roles (video/audio editors, writers, editors, developers, QA) and adhere to CST hours, maintaining a self-directed, detail-oriented approach.

Job Description: 

We are looking for a very experienced ClickUp expert who knows the correct way to set up our projects in ClickUp. We have a specific workflow that we want set up in ClickUp for our clients.

Ideally you are a certified ClickUp expert. If not, please provide demonstrated projects you have created or evidence of having completed any ClickUp tests or assessments. Let us know what your experience is and if you know how to accomplish this and how.

The workflow we need looks like this:

  1. We have an individual template that is set up for each client with forms
  2. A form is created so the client can enter and upload the information so it goes into our ClickUp (which includes audio and video files)
  3. The info goes into ClickUp
  4. We would also need certain data to be embedded on the upload page
  5. We have columns set up for each stage to be accomplished
    • video and audio editor
    • writer
    • editor
    • developer
    • goalie
    • triple checker

Must be available to work during CST hours.

This position is remote and self-paced. Ideally, we are looking for someone who can devote at least 20 or more hours per week, but if you have fewer hours available at least initially, that is OK.

You must be good at self-direction and taking initiative. In addition, it is important to us that all of our team members are detail-oriented and meticulous; therefore, in the application form below, when it asks for your “favorite vegetable?” please fill in the word “eggplant.”
