Job description

We’re looking for a Sales Manager from Europe for remote work with strong iGaming industry connections to grow new business for BrandButter. This role focuses on selling our exclusive offline acquisition product while uncovering opportunities for additional marketing services. You’ll build relationships, attend industry events, and close deals with operators, affiliates, and media partners across Europe.

BrandButter operates a proprietary offline user-acquisition channel with exclusive distribution rights across Europe. We has already delivered strong results with gaming partners seeking creative, high-impact acquisition opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business for BrandButter, with a primary focus on our exclusive offline acquisition offering.
  • Leverage existing iGaming relationships to generate qualified leads.
  • Attend 4–6 industry events per year to build a pipeline and close deals.
  • Prospect and build relationships with: Online casinosAffiliate networksMedia buyer, Game studiosOther relevant partners.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: Lead generationOutreach and presentationsNegotiation and closing.
  • Provide market feedback and identify new opportunities for BrandButter services.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of sales or business development experience in the iGaming industry.
  • Strong network within European iGaming markets.
  • Experience selling: AdvertisingAffiliate dealsMedia buys, Marketing or promotional products.
  • Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written).
    Comfortable working remotely and traveling for events.
  • Self-starter with strong relationship-building and closing skills.
