Roles & Responsibilities

3-5 years of real-time experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, patching (PUM images), PeopleTools, Application Engine, PeopleCode, and Integration Broker
Proficiency with Oracle Database and SQL/PLSQL; strong Unix/Linux skills; experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git
Experience with data migration, regression testing, BI Publisher, performance optimization, and Change Management within an Agile environment
Eligibility for H-1B sponsorship (2027 quota) and ability to pass a coding test

Requirements:

Plan, execute, and validate PeopleSoft upgrades and patching (PUMs) across environments, including PeopleTools, Application Engine, PeopleCode, and Integration Broker
Perform regression testing, data migration, and performance optimization; ensure data integrity and successful deployment
Manage Oracle Database and SQL/PLSQL, support CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Unix/Linux operations within an Agile framework
Collaborate with stakeholders, maintain change management documentation, and participate in coding tests during the recruitment process
