Bachelor's degree in commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
4-6 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit (internship experience acceptable).
Sound knowledge of basic accounting principles and MS Excel / Google Sheets; familiarity with ERP or accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or NetSuite).
Basic understanding of financial modeling, FPA, or MIS reporting; exposure to SaaS or product-based business models.
