Speak with members who have requested information
Explain benefit programs in a clear, easy-to-understand way
Answer questions related to coverage and enrollment
Assist members with simple online forms and next steps
Keep accurate notes and follow up when needed
Strong communication and people skills
Reliable, organized, and able to manage daily tasks
Comfortable using a computer, email, and virtual meeting tools
Customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required
Training and licensing support provided
