CSR Entry Level - Work From Home

Due to rapid growth across multiple territories, we are expanding our team and are looking for Benefits Representatives who enjoy helping people and want a stable, long-term opportunity.

What You’ll Do

• Speak with members who have requested information

• Explain benefit programs in a clear, easy-to-understand way

• Answer questions related to coverage and enrollment

• Assist members with simple online forms and next steps

• Keep accurate notes and follow up when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills

• Reliable, organized, and able to manage daily tasks

• Comfortable using a computer, email, and virtual meeting tools

• Customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required

• Training and licensing support provided
