Responsibilities

• Distribute benefit enrollment materials and confirm client eligibility.

• Schedule appointments and maintain a consistent follow-up routine.

• Respond to incoming customer service inquiries and calls.

• Assist clients in understanding and selecting appropriate coverage options.

• Use our Needs Analysis system to create customized protection plans.

• Stay current with updates to products, services, and company policies through ongoing training and collaboration with leadership.
