Develop and customize ServiceNow platforms (workflows, business rules, Script Includes, and UI Framework/Service Portal)
Implement REST/SOAP integrations and platform extensions; drive workflow optimization and AI-assisted automation
Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines, version control practices, and containerization (Docker)
Build responsive front-end UI using React/Vue/Angular, applying UX and accessibility standards

Core Engineering Experience

· Platform customization and extension
DevOps & Engineering Practices
· CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
· Version control and branching strategies
· Containerization concepts (Docker preferred)
· Automated testing practices
Front-End / UI Design
· Experience with React, Vue, Angular, or similar frameworks
· Understanding of UX principles and accessibility standards
· Responsive application development
AI & Automation Experience
· Experience integrating AI services or APIs (OpenAI, Azure AI, etc.)
· Exposure to intelligent automation or workflow optimization
· Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools
Preferred Qualifications
· ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS modules)
· Experience with enterprise-scale implementations
· Knowledge of GenAI or conversational AI platforms
· Agile/Scrum delivery experience
· Cloud platform exposure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
