Experience as a Revenue Accountant or in aviation billing
Strong understanding of aviation revenue streams and flight-related billing
Experience with revenue recognition, accruals, deferrals, and reconciliations
Knowledge of regulatory and contractual requirements in aviation invoicing
Requirements:
Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices related to aviation operations, including flight operations, charter services, handling, landing, navigation, parking, and overflight charges
Verify quantities, flight details, sectors, aircraft type, MTOW, and other operational data used for billing
Ensure billing is in line with contracts, tariffs, approvals, and regulatory requirements
Apply correct currency, exchange rates, taxes, and surcharges; perform revenue recognition, accruals, and deferrals; and reconcile revenue, receivables, unbilled revenue, and deferred revenue accounts

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Revenue Accountant – Billing with a strong understanding of aviation revenue streams, flight-related billing, and cost validation. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate invoicing, revenue recognition, reconciliations, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements in an aviation environment.
Key Responsibilities Billing & Revenue Accounting
Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices related to aviation operations, including:
Flight operations
Charter services
Handling, landing, navigation, parking, and overflight charges
Ensure billing is in line with contracts, tariffs, approvals, and regulatory requirements.
