Development Director
FranDevCo

FranDevCo is growing and looking for a Development Director to join our Franchise Development team.

What You’ll Do

  • Connect with and qualify franchise candidates from a variety of sources

  • Learn and represent multiple brands confidently throughout the discovery process

  • Host calls and webinars to educate prospects and generate new interest

  • Manage candidate activity and communication in Hubspot 

  • Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and brand partners

  • Handle documentation and ensure compliance with franchise regulations

  • Travel occasionally for Discovery Days, trade shows, and events


What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in franchise development, sales, or business development

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • The ability to manage multiple candidates and close deals

  • Experience using HubSpot (or similar)

  • A proactive, ethical, and team-focused mindset

  • Franchise experience is a big plus
