This is a full-time remote position requiring you to be on camera during working hours. You will play a crucial role in managing communications and ensuring a smooth experience for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist students via video call with a welcoming and positive attitude.
  • Manage and respond to phone calls, emails, and live chat inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the academy's calendar.
