UX/UI Designer

About the Company:

We are a dynamic and innovative early-stage startup looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team. Jetpack is a team of proven entrepreneurs who love to build amazing products in search of performance-driven growth. We partner with companies to help them scale and reach their innovation goals. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and creating intuitive user interfaces and exceptional user experiences for our digital products. You will work closely with our product team, developers, and stakeholders to create visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces.
 

Responsibilities:

• Design and create intuitive user interfaces for our digital products, including websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and design goals.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to continuously improve the user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our products remain innovative and competitive.
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity and design language across all products.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a portfolio of work that demonstrates strong design skills and experience working on digital products.
• Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or other similar design software.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and other user-centered design techniques.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and other front-end development technologies is a plus.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX Design, preferably in a startup or other fast-paced environment.
