Product Manager

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and driven Product Manager to join our startup team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for working in a startup environment, with experience developing and launching successful products. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the product development process and will have ownership of the product roadmap. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to ensure product success and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to achieve company goals.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure that product features and functionality are developed according to requirements and timelines.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product development decisions.
• Develop and maintain product documentation, including requirements, user stories, and product specifications.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure product success and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.
• Continuously monitor and analyze product performance, and implement changes to improve user experience and business metrics.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of developing and launching successful products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies is preferred.
• Strong technical background is a plus.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a startup or other fast-paced environment.
