  • Use Salesforce daily to manage Partner accounts, track activity, monitor Partner health, and provide structured weekly reporting and strategic territory insights to leadership

Job description

SUMMARY: The Regional Partnership Manager will acquire new partners and optimize existing relationships with PGA Professionals and golf industry partners within a defined geographic territory.

The role is ideal for a PGA Member with experience in green-grass operations and OEM-style territory management. The position requires deep fluency in golf operations, strong credibility with PGA Professionals and club leadership, and the ability to operate as a trusted peer and business partner. The RPM owns Partner relationships end-to-end within an assigned region, including acquisition, onboarding, activation, growth, and retention. The RPM serves as the primary liaison between Partners and Club Champion studios and delivers a premium, hospitality-driven experience that mirrors private-club service standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Own the full lifecycle of Partner relationships—from acquisition and onboarding through activation, retention, and long-term growth—applying independent judgment to tailor engagement strategies based on partner needs.
  • Independently manage a defined regional territory of approximately 400 active Partners across facilities, academies, and PGA Professionals.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Partners and Club Champion studios, ensuring consistent communication, alignment, and execution across the assigned region.
  • Build and maintain trusted, peer-level relationships with PGA Professionals, Teaching Professionals, General Managers, Directors of Golf, and ownership groups through high-credibility, consultative engagement.
  • Use professional judgment to prospect, qualify, and onboard new green-grass facility Partners aligned with strategic growth objectives.
  • Apply strategic discretion to reengage dormant or inactive Partners and stabilize at-risk relationships to reduce Partner churn.
  • Plan and execute structured travel routes and Partner visit cadences to maximize territory coverage, Partner impact, and return on investment.
  • Represent Club Champion as a professional industry ambassador at Partner facilities, meetings, and industry events.
  • Maintain Master Fitter–level technical credibility to support Partners, uphold brand authority, and deliver informed recommendations.
  • Exercise sound decision-making to deliver a tailored, “white glove” level of service in all professional interactions, including personal visits, calls, and written correspondence.
  • Deliver a premium, hospitality-driven Partner experience modeled after private-club service standards.
  • Conduct selects fittings for Partners, Partner staff, and key influencers during strategic engagements, applying expertise and situational judgment to deliver a high-impact experience.
  • Lead technical activations and educational experiences at Partner Nights, Staff Nights, PGA Section events, and studio-hosted programs.
  • Use Salesforce daily to manage Partner accounts, track activity, and monitor Partner health.
  • Customer acquisition, retention, and other relevant key performance indicators will be tracked and evaluated through the company’s Salesforce system.
  • Provide structured weekly reporting and strategic territory insights to leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with studio teams, marketing, and sales leadership to support regional growth and Partner success, providing informed recommendations grounded in field-level intelligence.
  • Gather and communicate Partner feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to inform continuous improvement across Partner programs, studio operations, and regional strategy.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

 

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this role is $60,000 to $75,000 per year. This is the lowest to highest salary range we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s particular pay position within this range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.

This job is also eligible for quarterly Performance Bonus pay of $25,000 - $30,000.
