Roles & Responsibilities

Minimum of 5 years of current Sepsis Abstraction (Clinical Data Abstraction) experience with specified measure/registry core measures.
Superior knowledge of core measure requirements and experience with core measure data collection applications.
Experience in IQR, OQR, IPFQR and/or other quality reporting programs that utilize core measures.
Proven ability to work independently in a remote contractor role with strong communication and reliability.

Requirements:

Collect, compile, document, and submit accurate, complete, and timely sepsis data to the designated registry or measure data repository.
Enter data on identified procedures performed and/or disease process treatments at contracted facilities into the registry/vendor tool platform, ensuring data quality.
Ensure compliance with core measure requirements and coding standards; maintain data collection application proficiency.
Communicate effectively with team members and client contacts; maintain credentialing and stay current with abstraction guidelines.

Job description

This provides a solution to our clients through outsourcing.

This is a Subcontractor Position (1099)
Must be able to work a minimum of 20 Hours/Per Week.
100% Remote position
Reliable, high-speed internet connection is required

Job Summary:

The Data Abstractor’s key responsibility is to collect and submit accurate, complete, and timely data to the specific registry or measure data repository. This task is accomplished through high-quality data compilation, documentation, and data entry of identified procedures performed and/or disease process treatment at the Contracted Facility into the associated registry/vendor tool platform.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience: Must have a Minimum of 5 years of Current Experience with Sepsis Abstraction (Clinical Data Abstraction) of Specified Measure/Registry Core Measures.
Superior knowledge of core measure requirements
Experience in IQR, OQR, IPFQR, and/or other quality reporting programs that utilize core measures
Experience with core measure data collection application(s)

- Staying current with abstraction/coding rules, manuals, and guidelines
Prior experience in position applying for
Must have a minimum of 5 years current experience in Sepsis Abstraction
Motivation; remote work can be team-based, but requires the ability to work independently
Strong interpersonal skills and tactfulness to be able to effectively communicate with team members and client contacts
