Job description

Summary

The PMO Lead will own and evolve Kent Power’s project management processes across all business units. This role serves as the governance authority for PM standards, tools, and reporting, ensuring alignment with company strategy and operational excellence.

Essential Functions

Develop and maintain Kent Power’s PMO framework, policies, and templates.
Ensure compliance with project lifecycle standards (setup, execution, closeout).
Lead risk management and lessons learned initiatives.
Provide PM training and support for consistent practices.
Monitor project performance metrics and report to leadership.
Drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
