YOU WILL
  • Provide operational support in the maintenance and continuous improvement of the PMO framework
  • Contribute to the standardization of governance, methodologies, and reporting practices across projects
  • Assist in evaluating and improving project tools, templates, and documentation
  • Track and monitor project performance indicators (timelines, risks, budgets, benefits)
  • Prepare clear and consolidated reports for PMO leads and senior stakeholders
  • Support Project Managers by providing templates, best practices, and administrative guidance
  • Contribute to resource tracking and capacity overviews across the project portfolio
  • Help promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the project community
  • Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders across different business units and time zones

Requirements

  • First experience in a PMO, project coordination, or project support role in a manufacturing/industrial setting
  • Understanding of production or operational project environments
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean, Six Sigma – a plus)
  • Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); Polish or another EU language is a plus
