This role is a key position, guiding our efforts to coordinate and facilitate training for AMC’s staff and volunteer communities.
This is a full-time position reporting to the Senior Manager of the Learning & Development team. Periodic travel is required to facilitate training across AMC’s region.
What you’ll be doing at AMC
Coordinate logistics, communications and enrollment for 30+ Wilderness First Aid and Mental Health First Aid courses across AMC regions
Build and maintain relationships with contracted educational providers
Coordinate outreach, logistics and manage registration for AMC in-person and virtual staff learning programs
Act as a go-to resource for employees exploring training and learning opportunities.
Be available on call for weekend programs to manage logistical issues or emergencies (up to 20 weekends per year)
Maintain the Learning & Development team’s internal communication website, training calendar, and quarterly newsletters.
Responsible for collecting, reviewing, and assessing course feedback to continuously improve quality and participant experience
Track, record and report attendance for staff learning programs to support reporting activities
As needed deliver training to AMC staff
