Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Travel Coordinator to manage client travel arrangements using GDS systems. The ideal candidate will have customer support experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional service while working independently. This role involves coordinating reservations, managing client communications, and ensuring seamless travel experiences.

Core Tasks:

  • Search, price, book, and issue tickets for client travel services using GDS tools
  • Coordinate air, hotel, and car reservations for international client travel
  • Monitor and manage urgent client communication via email and phone
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of reservations while meeting travelers' needs
  • Deliver support and exceptional customer service throughout the booking process
  • Keep clients informed about all necessary travel communication as needed
  • Assist with other administrative tasks and special projects as needed

Must Haves:

  • 3+ years experience in a customer support or similar role (preferably Travel Agency related)
  • Experience using Sabre (or similar GDS systems) preferably in a luxury travel setting
  • Experience managing client communications with professionalism via phone and email
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
  • Proficient with Google Sheets for data entry / tracking and basic analysis
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Ability to work full-time WAT
