Job Overview
Are you obsessed with TikTok trends, savvy with influencers, and driven by performance marketing? We’re looking for a TikTok Shop Assistant who can build a strong affiliate network, manage TikTok Shop ads, and help skyrocket GMV through smart testing, optimization, and trend-driven strategy.

In this role, you’ll work closely with creators, analyze what’s working on the platform, and use tools like Kalodata or Fastmoss to uncover opportunities. If you’re analytical, creative, and love staying two steps ahead of TikTok’s algorithm, you’ll thrive here.

Core Tasks:

  • Build and manage a high-performing network of TikTok Shop affiliates
  • Create compelling affiliate offers that drive intent & urgency
  • Track affiliate performance and optimize for top GMV drivers
  • Manage TikTok Shop paid ads + a strong understanding of GMVmax
  • Constantly test creatives, audiences, and offers to lower CAC and increase ROAS
  • Develop weekly reports on ad performance and revenue growth
  • Optimize TikTok Shop listings for maximum visibility & conversions
  • Research keywords and consumer behavior trends to boost organic discovery
  • Use tools like Kalodata or Fastmoss to track performance trends
  • Identify best-selling products, highest converting videos, and traffic sources
  • Provide insight-driven recommendations to fuel ongoing growth

Must-Haves:

  • 3+ years of experience in an influencer marketing/outreach role
  • Strong analytical skills with tools like KAOLdata, Fastmoss, or similar
  • Ad management experience with TikTok Shop Ads or TikTok Ads Manager
  • Active TikTok user with a deep understanding of platform trends, content formats, and audience engagement strategies
  • Proven experience with TikTok Shop
  • Deep understanding of affiliate marketing and offer creation
  • Demonstrated experience achieving and exceeding quota in an outreach-related role
  • Basic - intermediate Excel / Google Sheets for campaign management and reporting
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Fluent in English, organized, and proactive
  • Ability to work full-time EST
