KeyResponsibilities:
Writing and optimizing prompts primarily in Perplexity (our main AI tool)
Using Claude and Gemini as supporting tools when needed
Turning AI outputs into structured, usable results
Identifying tasks that can be improved or automated with AI
Building repeatable AI workflows
Creating SOPs and Loom videos so others can follow your systems
Continuously improving prompt quality and output reliability
RequiredExperience & Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with Perplexity (this is a must)
Solid understanding of how to write effective AI prompts
Experience using Claude and/or Gemini
Excellent written English
Systems thinker — you like turning chaos into process
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
Experience creating SOPs or documentation is a big plus
Nicetohave:
Experience building AI-assisted automations
Startup or high-growth company experience
Experience documenting processes and creating internal training
