3+ years of experience in hardware/systems for new energy vehicles
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields
Deep understanding of automotive power supply environments and power electronics topologies (DCDC, OBC)
Fluent in English (Chinese proficiency is a plus)

Requirements:

Lead power system tasks including requirements analysis, specification development, and system design; conduct DFMEA and FTA safety analyses and define product-specific characteristics
Manage technical project aspects, analyze issues/risks, and drive solution implementation
Address system self-testing, DV, and PV testing for complete power supply systems

Job description

Job Title: Automotive Power Supply System Engineer
Location: Detroit, Michigan, USA
Responsibilities:
1. Lead power system tasks including customer requirements analysis, specification development, and system design
Conduct failure and safety analysis (DFMEA, FTA) and define product-specific characteristics
2. Manage technical project aspects, analyze technical issues/risks, and drive solution implementation
3. Address system self-testing, DV, and PV testing for complete power supply systems
Basic Requirements:
1. Fluent in English; Chinese proficiency is a plus
2. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields
3. 3+ years experience in hardware/systems for new energy vehicles
4.Deep understanding of automotive power supply environments and power electronics topologies. (DCDC, OBC)
5.Strong analytical skills, self-motivated, with excellent communication abilities
