Design and facilitate Upskilling Programs: Create and deliver 200-level training sessions, workshops, and coaching focused on consultative selling and product knowledge for Acquisition teams
System Tool Training: Own the end-to-end training and adoption of the sales tech stack, including Salesforce (SFDC), Dialpad, Groove, and WhatsApp Business
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Operations, and Marketing to identify skill gaps and align training initiatives with broader business goals and product launches
