The Role
We're seeking a Technical Program Manager in Singapore to lead complex, cross-functional technical programs across our engineering organization. You'll drive delivery of critical initiatives while building strong alignment between engineering, product, and business teams.
What You'll Do
Program Delivery (40%)
Lead end-to-end execution of complex technical programs spanning multiple engineering teams
Define program scope, success metrics, and deliverables with senior leadership
Develop roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans while proactively managing dependencies and risks
Monitor progress and provide regular executive updates
Stakeholder Management (25%)
Serve as the central point of contact for program stakeholders across the organization
Build strong relationships with engineering teams, product managers, and business leaders
Bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Manage expectations and negotiate priorities when conflicts arise
Technical Strategy (20%)
Partner with engineering leadership on technical approaches and architecture decisions
Evaluate feasibility and trade-offs to inform program direction
Facilitate technical discussions and identify opportunities for optimization
Stay current with technology trends and best practices
Process Excellence (10%)
Establish program management frameworks and agile methodologies
Drive operational efficiency through data-driven decision making
Create and maintain program documentation
Team Development (5%)
Foster collaborative culture across distributed teams
Mentor junior program managers
Facilitate effective meetings and planning sessions
What We're Looking For
5+ years of technical program management experience in software/technology companies
Proven track record delivering complex programs involving multiple engineering teams
Strong technical background with ability to understand architecture and engineering trade-offs
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all organizational levels
Experience with agile methodologies and modern software development practices
PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification preferred
