Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Data Science) with 3-6 years of US Pharma consulting experience focusing on patient analytics, claims data, and Patient Support Services
  • Hands-on experience with HUB data, SP data, 852 and 867 datasets; strong understanding of pharma data sets and industry-specific data structures
  • Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, and Tableau; Python is desirable; team management or mentoring experience; strong client communication skills
  • Experience with end-to-end Patient Analytics and ability to engage stakeholders effectively; familiarity with Dataiku is a plus

  • Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations tailored to client needs; ensure quality control in data handling and reporting
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to define business requirements and translate them into analytical frameworks; manage client communication effectively
  • Provide mentorship to junior team members and contribute to team management and cross-project collaboration

Senior Associate/Associate Manager, Patient Analytics & PSS – INDIA

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret patient-level claims data to uncover actionable insights for pharma clients.
  • Support the development of patient journey analysis, market landscape, treatment overview, adherence studies, and other patient-centric analytics solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Tableau tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to define business requirements and translate them into analytical frameworks.
  • Ensure quality control and accuracy in data handling and reporting.
  • Provide mentorship to junior team members on analytics techniques and best practices.
  • Contribute to team management and foster collaboration across projects.
  • Handle client communication effectively, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Data Science).
  • 3-6 years of experience in US Pharma consulting, with a focus on patient analytics, claims data and Patient Support Services.
  • Hands-on experience with HUB data, SP data, 852, and 867 datasets is a must.
  • Strong understanding of pharma data sets and industry-specific data structures.
  • Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel and Tableau skills are required; Python is good to have. 
  • Team management or mentoring experience is required.
  • Client communication handling is a must, with proven ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Should be having hands-on experience with end to end Patient Analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings effectively to clients.
  • Good to Have: Familiarity with Dataiku for data preparation and machine learning workflows
