Manager, Patient Analytics (Remote)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, or Healthcare Management)
  • 6+ years of experience in US Pharma consulting, with a strong focus on patient analytics and claims data
  • Advanced expertise in Tableau for creating high-impact dashboards and visualizations
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing client engagements

  • Lead end-to-end consulting projects focused on patient analytics, including scoping, planning, and delivery.
  • Analyze claims data to provide strategic insights, such as patient journey mapping, adherence trends, and segmentation.
  • Oversee the development of Tableau dashboards and other visual tools to support client decision-making.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end consulting projects focused on patient analytics, including scoping, planning, and delivery.

  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, or Healthcare Management).
  • 6+ years of experience in US Pharma consulting, with a strong focus on patient analytics and claims data.
  • Advanced expertise in Tableau for creating high-impact dashboards and visualizations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing client engagements.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Good to Have: Experience with Dataiku for advanced analytics and machine learning applications.
