The Regional Manager of Sales – Southwest is responsible for leading Kandu Inc.’s sales strategy, performance, and market expansion across the Northeastern United States. This role oversees a network of 1099 independent sales representatives, providing coaching, structure, and strategic direction to meet revenue targets while building strong customer and distributor relationships.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on, data-driven sales leader with a strong track record of developing independent rep networks and growing regional revenue.
