Roles & Responsibilities

  • Completed degree in economics or an equivalent qualification
  • Proven sales experience with a track record in acquiring and managing large corporate customers in automotive leasing or with a manufacturer (cars and/or vans)
  • Strong knowledge of leasing/full-service leasing
  • High IT affinity with strong numeracy and advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel

Requirements:

  • Drive the expansion and digital transformation of the fleet-leasing business within the Ford Fleet Management partnership
  • Actively identify and acquire new customers in the sales territory and build long-term relationships
  • Manage business with key existing customers from home office, develop needs analyses, and provide competent advisory across all areas
  • Collaborate with and leverage support from the internal sales team for all activities

Perspektiven

Dein Ziel ist der weitere Ausbau sowie die Transformation
der digitalen Prozesse unseres erfolgreichen Flotten-Leasing-
Geschäftes im Rahmen unserer Kooperation mit Ford.
Du identifizierst und akquirierst in Deinem Vertriebsgebiet
aktiv und selbstständig neue Kunden. Dabei hast Du das
Ziel fest im Blick, langfristige Geschäftsbeziehungen aufzubauen.
Von Deinem Homeoffice aus lenkst Du außerdem
das Geschäft mit namhaften Bestandskunden. Du entwickelst
Bedarfsanalysen und stellst in sämtlichen
Bereichen eine kompetente Beratung sicher. Bei allen
Aktivitäten kannst Du auf die Unterstützung unseres qualifizierten
Innendienstteams zählen.

Dein Profil
• Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium
oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Vertriebserfahrung und -erfolge, idealerweise in der
Akquise und Betreuung von Großkunden einer Automobil-Leasing-
Gesellschaft und/oder eines Herstellers im Bereich der
Pkw und Transporter
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Leasing/Full-Service Leasing
• Hohe IT-Affinität, sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis und fortgeschrittene
MS Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel
• Beratungsaffinität mit der Fähigkeit zu effektivem
Beziehungsmanagement
• Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte
Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikations- und Ausdrucksstärke – auch in
Englisch
• Du bringst viel Eigeninitiative sowie Planungs- und Organisationsvermögen
mit, um von Deinem Homeoffice aus aktiv zu werden.
