SMM Specialist iGaming

About the role

We’re looking for a proactive SMM Specialist to build and grow our brand presence across key social platforms. You will own day-to-day social media execution: content planning, fast production cycles, community-focused publishing, and performance tracking. The role requires strong creative instincts, speed, and an understanding of what “effective content” looks like in different formats—text, visuals, and video—while operating in iGaming environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Social media ownership: Create, set up, and manage the brand’s social media accounts and daily activity across Telegram, TikTok, Instagram, (and other relevant channels as needed).
  • Content planning & production: Build content plans and calendars; generate ideas and briefs for posts, stories, short-form videos, and visuals; ensure consistent tone of voice and brand identity.
  • Task management for creators: Write clear briefs and assign tasks to copywriters and designers; coordinate revisions, approvals, and deadlines to deliver content on time.
  • Real-time content & trend response: React quickly to news, trends, events, cultural moments, and platform-native formats; adapt ideas into compliant, on-brand content with fast turnaround.
  • Channel-specific execution: Apply best practices for each platform (format, hooks, pacing, captions, hashtags, posting frequency), understanding what drives reach and engagement in each channel.
  • Campaign collaboration: Work with Marketing/CRM/Product teams to support promotions, giveaways, and bonus-related campaigns, ensuring social is aligned with the broader marketing calendar.
  • Basic analytics & optimization: Track performance metrics (reach, views, engagement rate, CTR, follower growth) and draw practical conclusions to improve future content.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in social media management / content marketing in iGaming

  • Ability to generate content ideas independently and turn them into structured briefs and production tasks.

  • Basic understanding of content performance metrics and the ability to optimize based on data.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of tone, clarity, and audience empathy.
  • Ability to work fast, stay organized, and keep quality high under tight deadlines.
