Product QA Specialist

Our client, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Quality Assurance Specialist to support their operations within a specific market. This role is ideally suited to an experienced QA professional based in Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman or Bahrain, working remotely and collaborating with the broader product and business teams aligned to Central European Time.

The Product QA Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that the company’s platform performs optimally and aligns with local expectations. This includes validating the functionality, usability, and content quality of the product to ensure it meets internal standards and provides an engaging experience for users in the target country.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute functional and content testing on the platform based on business requirements, including but not limited to deposits, registration flows, and language accuracy.

• Validate site performance across devices and browsers to ensure a smooth and consistent user experience.

• Follow structured test plans and checklists provided by the product and business teams.

• Verify the accuracy, tone, and cultural relevance of all site content in the assigned market.

• Log and document defects clearly, and track them through to resolution in collaboration with developers and product managers.

• Conduct regular benchmarking and competitor analysis to identify areas for product and content improvement.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across QA, Product, and Country Management teams to provide localised insights and ensure alignment with market expectations.

• Provide timely feedback and reporting on testing outcomes and improvement areas.

Requirements

• Based in either Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman or Bahrain with the ability to work remotely as a contractor/freelancer.

• Comfortable working flexible hours aligned with the CET timezone.

• Proven experience in product QA, preferably within a digital product environment.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.

• Ability to follow instructions precisely and deliver high-quality outputs independently.

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); fluency in Arabic is required.

• Knowledge of QA tools and bug tracking systems is advantageous.
