8+ years of QA experience with a strong focus on Data Testing, including hands-on data warehouse and ETL testing
Strong SQL skills with the ability to build complex validation queries; experience validating structured and semi-structured data (JSON, XML)
Experience with cloud data platforms, preferably Azure Data Lake, and API/integration testing using MuleSoft
Knowledge of batch performance testing methodologies and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Testing Lead to drive end-to-end validation of enterprise data platforms and integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in data testing, complex data validation, performance testing of batch processes, and a technical understanding of modern data ecosystems, including Azure Data Lake, MuleSoft, and Databus architectures.
This role requires a blend of leadership, deep data analysis skills, and technical expertise to ensure high-quality, reliable, and performance-optimized data pipelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
