This role partners closely with leaders, functional teams, and executive stakeholders to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned to expected business outcomes.

This position serves as both a portfolio enabler—supporting enterprise reporting, value tracking, and tool adoption—and a “utility” project manager, flexing across transformation initiatives where project management support is required.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Status Reporting & Governance

  • Own consolidated enterprise TMO status reporting, including milestones, risks, issues, decisions, and executive-level insights.

  • Prepare clear, concise materials for steering committees and executive reviews, highlighting decision needs and trade-offs.

  • Ensure consistent application of project management standards, templates, and cadence across transformation efforts.

Value Realization & Benefits Tracking

  • Partner with initiative leads and Finance to support value realization planning, benefit definition, and measurement.

  • Track and report progress against expected benefits, identifying gaps, risks, and mitigation actions.

  • Support post-implementation reviews and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.

Portfolio Tools & Enablement (Planview)

  • Support the rollout, adoption, and ongoing optimization of Planview (or similar portfolio and work management tools).

  • Maintain accurate, current portfolio data to enable effective prioritization, capacity planning, and investment decisions.

  • Provide user guidance, data quality oversight, and continuous improvement recommendations.

Stakeholder Communication & Change Enablement

  • Facilitate regular project and stakeholder communications to ensure alignment, transparency, and momentum.

  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and change impacts; escalate as appropriate with clear recommendations.

  • Partner with change management and transformation leadership to support adoption of new ways of working.

Transformation Execution & Delivery

  • Lead and support cross-functional transformation initiatives, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.

  • Act as a “utility PM,” providing hands-on project management support across multiple initiatives as priorities shift.

  • Maintain integrated project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and dependency tracking across assigned initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 5+ years of project management experience.

  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility.

  • Familiarity with portfolio management tools such as Planview (or similar platforms).

  • Strong understanding of value realization, benefits tracking, and KPI reporting.

  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred.

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong execution discipline with the ability to flex across initiatives and priorities.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • High comfort with ambiguity, complex dependencies, and fast-paced transformation environments.

  • Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and analytical capabilities.
