Job Summary

Job Functions:

  • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
  • Work with designated Customers and Recruiting team to identify open needs, qualifying those needs, presenting top candidates, and providing candidate interview feedback
  • Drive placements, oversee contract negotiations and agreements to maximize profit
  • Assist recruiting team with weekly submits
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (quarterly results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status for internal stakeholders
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Educational & Experience Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Delivery Manager in the IT Staffing space
