We're seeking a proactive Logistics Controller to drive seamless prototype construction. You'll master data, monitor production cycles, and guarantee material availability, ensuring our cutting-edge projects stay on track. The journey begins with an invaluable training assignment in Schwäbisch Gmünd, Germany! You'll absorb critical knowledge, build international connections, then return to Maklár to implement your expertise, developing our local knowledge base and coordinating a vital production transfer. Core responsibilities:
Master Data Management: Maintain master data for production planning, overseeing production ramp-up, shut-down, and material consumption monitoring.
Inventory and Supply Assurance: Ensure effective inventory management and the availability of all necessary materials, supplies, and consumables. This includes identifying missing components and initiating timely procurement.
Logistics Oversight: Monitor delivery dates, process complaints efficiently, and coordinate any required schedule adjustments.
Production Planning: Develop comprehensive production plans by considering production capacities, order status, inventory levels, production and delivery backlogs, and procurement situations, while adhering strictly to deadlines.
International Training and Knowledge Transfer: Participate in a structured training period in Schwäbisch Gmünd, Germany, to acquire and organize knowledge related to sample production. Upon return, you will perform duties from Maklár and contribute to the development of the Maklár knowledge base.
Inter-site Coordination: Coordinate the transfer of sample production responsibility effectively between both locations.
Do you have what it takes?
Experience & Expertise:
Good technical aptitude and a hands-on approach required. Proficiency in SAP and MS Office tools, combined with strong organizational skills. Professional experience in production or logistics management is beneficial.
Personality & Work Style:
A collaborative team player who also demonstrates the ability to work independently, with a structured and analytical approach. Possesses a constructive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a high degree of accountability.
Required:
Readiness and motivation for a 6-12 month assignment in Schwäbisch Gmünd, Germany.
Languages:
English and Hungarian fluency.
